Amenities included in initial cost:  Set-up available several days in advance.  Rehearsal access.  Parking. Choice of several ceremony sites with seating.  Space in our farmhouse for Bridal Party to get ready.  JP services, if requested.  Reception barn with tables and seating.  Buffet tables.  Beverage tub.  Trash/recycling receptacles and removal.  Portalets.  Lights. Small outdoor fire pit.  Day-of co-ordination.  Beautiful grounds with gardens, farm animals, and gorgeous sunset views.  Caterers or other venders can be completely of your choosing, but we have an extensive list of local venders if recommendations are needed.  We have a list of extra rental (signs, linens, centerpieces, hayrides, etc) if requested.      


Restrictions: Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender or BYOB.  Curfew 1AM.  We can no longer allow fireworks or sky lanterns, sparklers are fine.  Animals in wedding party with prior approval.  48 hours to break down and remove decor.  No smoking in reception barn.
