Your hosts at Landgoes Farm, Emily Howe and John O'Brien, are looking forward to working with you to create a special event that reflects your style and your personalities.  Beyond hosting weddings and farming, John is also a filmmaker and a Legislator, Emily is a writer, dance teacher and historian.  They, and their two sons, enjoy sharing the magic of Landgoes with wedding couples and their guests from near and far.

"Weddings at Landgoes Farm began in 2015, offering a venue that is just as unique as our wonderful couples.  We've gotten to know all our clients, and have absolutely loved being a part of their beautiful celebrations!"

Welcome to Landgoes Farm

A beautiful, rural, sheep farm, high in the hills of Vermont, ready to make your wedding the most memorable day ever!

Our circa 1786 farm is one of the oldest and most picturesque in the area, showcasing both long and short range views.  At the end of a maple-lined dirt-road, the venue is private and unique, boasting accommodating hosts, farm animals, and gorgeous grounds, making it the ideal setting for the day of your dreams, surrounded by your friends and loved ones. We boast a stunning ceremony site overlooking the Green Mountains (and a rustic pavilion in case of rain) sunsets, nature trails, lawn games, friendly sheep and horses on the property and our large reception barn with tables and seating just waiting for your personal touches.  Big or small, simple or elaborate, rustic or elegant, the choice is yours! Parking is ample, and Landgoes can host up to 200 guests in our quaint, airy, hay-barn reception hall. Please contact us for more information.
