Amenities included in initial cost:  Set-up available a day in advance.  Rehearsal access.  Parking (including handicapped accessible parking).  Ceremony site with seating (including an attractive post & beam pavilion in case of rain).  Nature trails.  Wedding arbor.  Dressing rooms.  Lawn games.  JP services, if required.  Reception barn with tables and seating.  Buffet tables.  Beverage tub.  Trash/recycling receptacles and removal.  Portalets.  Lights. Small outdoor fire pit.  A selection of decorative signage.  Shepherd’s hooks.  Treehouse. Day-of co-ordination.  Beautiful grounds with gardens, farm animals, and gorgeous sunset views.  Caterers or other venders can be completely of your choosing, but we have an extensive list of local venders if recommendations are needed.  We have a list of extra rental items ( linens, hayrides, etc) if requested.      

 

Restrictions: Alcohol must be served by a licensed, insured bartender.  Curfew 1AM.  No fireworks or sky lanterns.  Animals in wedding party with prior approval.  Following day to break down, clean up and remove decor.  No smoking in reception barn. No electric heating/cooking devices.

Our circa 1786 farm is one of the oldest and most picturesque in the area, showcasing both long and short range views.  At the end of a maple-lined dirt-road, the venue is private and unique, boasting accommodating hosts, farm animals, and gorgeous grounds, making it the ideal setting for the day of your dreams, surrounded by your friends and loved ones. We boast a stunning ceremony site overlooking the Green Mountains (and a rustic pavilion in case of rain) sunsets, nature trails, lawn games, friendly sheep and horses on the property and our large reception barn with tables and seating just waiting for your personal touches.  Big or small, simple or elaborate, rustic or elegant, the choice is yours!
